Phoenix System Administration encompasses the set up of control tables,
user profiles, agent profiles, accounting information, reinsurance plans and activity
document templates.
Table Maintenance
'Effective date' related product tables are easily changed to allow
for rate adjustments or changes to any discounts/loads, tax values, policy limits or
excesses. Full multi-currency requirements for all aspects of premium generation are
catered for.
System description fields can be updated to cater for new additions,
as can standard referral conditions and policy wordings.
Postcode banding tables can be easily modified, with an optional
spreadsheet import facility
User Profile
User security, authorisation and limit levels can be maintained by a
designated user.
Password inactivity and change periods can be controlled.
Document information such as name, job title and signature can
be held for inclusion in system produced documents and letters.
Broker Profile
The agent/broker administration facility enables the set up of all
broker details, such as allowable products, commission levels, payment methods and
contacts for the broker.
There is also a facility to process portfolio transfers between brokers.
