Through the Activity module any system generated documents, scanned
documents, emails or free format documents attached to the relevant area of the system
can be viewed.
Any document within activity can be re-printed, faxed or e-mailed.
Free Format Documents
The System Administration Template module is used in the construction
of documents templates that can be assigned to various areas of Phoenix, including
Client, Policy, Claim and Accounts.
The document template creator contains all of the standard word
processing functions such as spell checking, table insertion and other formatting
requirements, as well as an extensive bookmark selection. These bookmarks are replaced
with the relevant client, policy and accounting information when the template is selected
within the Activity screen.
Activity includes Note and Review activities, which allows a user to
insert details relating to telephone conversation, or the progress of underwriting
reviews.
The workflow diary facility enables predefined tasks to be assigned to a
specified user, and to associate task entries with a system entity. Both manual and
automatic tasks can be generated by the system.
Tasks can be automatically notified via email, including periodic
reminders if required. Frequency and types of notification is configurable for each
user.
A full history of events is maintained as the task is modified or
actioned.
